Boogie-oogie-oogie

It's official. Goldie has her first cold. There is nothing sadder than to see the wee babe with her snotty smile followed by screaming fits of boogie-oogie popping out and sucking back into her cute nose. So far I am using the boogie-sucker, what a messed up invention that is. Goldie hates the boogie sucker with a wild and romping passion and today she actually gave me a gooey hiss when she saw it coming. Unfortunately I will have to sell her on ebay if she gives me her plague.

Yikes! We've been lucky so far to avoid colds - mind you, mine is only 4 mos so it's inevitable

good luck. it totally sucks when they're so small and sick and can't tell you what's going on :(

Rooster had had two colds by three months, thanks to his petrie dish of an older brother. ;) It stinks to see them go through it, but her immune system will be stronger for it. I found a shot of breastmilk up the nose to be very helpful in reducing the need for the SnotSuckerofEvil.

Breastmilk up the nose? That's a new one - I just use pediatric Saline Drops.
